ADHD Service UK provides private specialist ADHD assessments, psychiatric reviews, QB testing, medication titration, and follow-up services for children and adolescents.
Our services are delivered by Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists and qualified mental health professionals, either online or face-to-face, depending on the appointment type.
All services are subject to clinical suitability, safeguarding requirements, and availability.
Appointments are confirmed only after:
Please ensure all patient details, parent/guardian information, and medical history are entered accurately.
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the assessment process.
Our ADHD assessments may include:
A diagnosis can only be made after full clinical review by the consultant psychiatrist in line with NICE ADHD guidelines.
Medication is prescribed only where clinically appropriate.
Before medication initiation, patients/parents must provide:
Medication titration requires regular review appointments. Failure to attend follow-ups may lead to medication being paused for patient safety.
Where suitable, we may liaise with your NHS GP for shared care arrangements.

Your consent will be requested before sharing clinical reports.
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honour the quoted fee.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments reduce available clinical time and therefore remain chargeable. This is standard across UK private clinics.
Clinical reports are usually issued within 5–10 working days after completion of the assessment and receipt of all supporting information.
Delays may occur if:
